Hello all,
I've recently finished implementing my feature, that is, arrange objects in a circular shape. Here you can find the proposal I wrote before implementing: http://issuu.com/ddeclara/docs/inkscape_radial_arrangement My source code is available on launchpad at: https://code.launchpad.net/~declara91/+junk/inkscape-denis And for all ubuntu users out there, there is a ppa called: ppa:declara91/inkscape Where I have compiled packages of my branch. The package name is: inkscape-denis
I would be great if someone could check my branch out! (And maybe one day, it could be pulled in trunk :D)
Thank you in advance,
Denis
Hi Denis,

I just checked out your branch. It is great!
Here is an (easy) suggestion: would you please update your proposal's PDF so that it can be used as some sort of manual? I think that after implementing the feature you know the problem much better than before, so perhaps there are a few precisions that you can incorporate in the document. For example, how the option "rotate objects" works exactly.
Also, if you have ideas of further improvements to your tool, it would be nice if you wrote them down there; they would be useful to you or to future developers taking on the project.
Thank you in advance, Denis
Thanks to you for this feature!
Alcides.
Hey All,
So, we're about a month out from when the email was sent to the list. Anyone willing to take this on to review? I'm wondering more about people not currently participating in GSoC this year as they're already reviewing newer contributors' work.
Cheers, Josh

Hello Josh,
Thank you for your interest. I haven't been working on this project lately, as I am under exam pressure right now. I plan to make a merge proposal as soon as I finish my exam and the build issue with the newest poppler library gets fixed. If someone Would like tco review the code even now, I would really appreciate!
Denis
