
You can snap the cross-hair around, but beyond that, no. There's a pretty cool blueprint for the feature you're describing though:

Hi everyone !
I'm wondering if there is a way to resize a shape from it's cross center (the one set by the cross) like it can be done with the Mouse+Shift combination but by using the edit box of the toolbar (I need to increase the radius of a circle with precise value) ? If not, a tool to select the relative point to resize would be nice: [image: Images int?gr?es 1]
About this, is there a way to reset the cross center to the shape barycenter ?
