I also use Flash 2, but I think it's interface a little annoying (huge buttons) and so are its tools. (I still like it, though.)

I just noticed that someone is actually working on an animation extension for Inkscape. It's called Spalah Flash:

Yeah, my mock-up shows the world that I don't know anything about programming. Animation is a complicated task. Oddly, the Beez Bezier animator has even less features than my mock-up, yet it can still produce animation.
