I'm going to raise a bug for a developers meeting to discuss animation and a couple of other related topics I have on the backlog.

I've already had a chat with a few developers and got some feed back from other interested parties as well as having long discussions with a-l-e from the Scribus team so I can pretty much fill out an agenda, but I'm open to suggestions.
