Hi guys,

I'm now statically linking the GTKmm stack as well as Boehm GC into the Inkscape nightly autopackages, and will do so for the next release. So we should have no more problems with them blowing up on people with mixed/broken distro setups.

I also added dep checks for libxml2 and libxslt.
