I don't know what that means, though.
This is another example of why it would be nice if someone with a stable server could run an instance of cgi:irc with gateways to some of the irc.freenode.net channels, such as #inkscape, #cairo, #svg, #freedesktop, #xml, etc.
I had a server earlier, but the Firewall Daemon ate it. :(
