Because of this, I think the best approach would be for you to give me an indication of roughly when you'll be able to start the migration. I will then plan on hiding all of SourceForge's trackers for Inkscape and then email you a go-ahead. You can then run the screen scrapers and then bring up the new bug tracking at Launchpad.

Meanwhile, we can let our users know of the downtime, and work on repointing our website bug tracker links to Launchpad. Hopefully then we'll be good to go!

Hrm... I bet it would prevent the screen scraping.

Okay, looking at it again, I could go through and delete each account from being able to post to the tracker, including anonymous people. This is a bit more cumbersome but would leave the tracker visible for screen scraping. I'll plan on doing this then.
