Hi,

I have some questions related to some strings used in Inkscape, could somebody ask the developer which is the meaning of the following? Also, help form other translators is welcome!

msgid "Nudge vertically by pixels" msgid "Nudge horizontally by pixels"

No string like that anymore. Please download latest from SVN.

msgid "Backspace"

I translated it as "delete a char backwards"

"Stack scans on top of one another (no gaps) instead of or tiling (usually " "with gaps)"

Stack: put on top of each other Tiling: filling with tiles

msgid "Increase to make the pen drag behind, as if slowed by inertia" -- drag behind?

Be slow to react

msgid "RGB Barrel"

I translated it as "rotate RGB channels"

msgid "Lorem ipsum"

Latin, I think we shouldn't translate. Try it out, it inserts some text starting with "Lorem ipsum".

msgid "Extrude"

I translated it as "pull out"

msgid "Pattern along Path"

msgid "Jitter nodes"

Something like "move each one randomly" -- "scatter", "disperse", "diffuse"

msgid "Straighten Segments"

Make segments more straight (less curved)
