I have finished translating Inkscape into Khmer (the official language of Cambodia). I have installed Inkcape 0.45.1 on my XP system, after finished installing, I got the inkscape in English. But I have to make a configuration in order to make in Khmer language. the steps to do is: right click on my computer in desktop--> properties--> advanced --> Environment variable --> click New under User variable for .... then fill variable name= LANG and variable value= km_KM then click OK, after I got Inkscape in Khmer. But in the title bar it shows ??????????? insteat of Khmer character.

Can inkscape after installing swith to any language as we want? I mean that user can switch language to their own language.
