I've added a simple rss feed to the tutorials page:
http://inkscape.org/en/learn/tutorials/
It's pulling in items from my inkscape tutorials favorites folder on deviantArt and I think it looks rather nice.

So what needs to be done is to create the pages for every tutorial and migrate the tutorials content from the old page ?
For instance Basic tutorial would take the content from the old page http://140.211.166.38/doc/basic/tutorial-basic.html

The tutorial links are still broken. We have to decide how to host these tutorials. Are they generated or are they written in place?

The tutorial links are still broken. We have to decide how to host these tutorials. Are they generated or are they written in place?
Translated SVG and HTML versions are generated based on https://launchpad.net/inkscape-docs
The generated HTML versions then were uploaded manually to the old inkscape.org site (AFAIK).
