Sourceforge trackers still accessible

Hi again everyone, and Bryce in particular,
It seems that, even though there's no tracker tab anymore at sourceforge, the tracker is still accessible when using the address directly. For example: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=93438&atid=604306 It would be nice if there was an error message, or better: a link to Launchpad, in place of the tracker to avoid people going there from links on other websites.

Yeah, unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a way to completely eliminate it. However, I've removed anonymous posting, and turned off all tech/admin accounts. I think we'll just need to keep an eye out for anything that links *into* the SF tracker and repoint those one by one.

Our wiki might be a source of links to the SF tracker... (I fixed a link I recently added, but there are probably more)
Thanks for the Launchpad switch btw, it seems nice :-)

Could someone please have a look at: http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/UpdatingTrackerItems
