Getting one is straightforward. The site form is not well written though and reads as if you need a previous copy of Creature House. Actually all you need to give is your email addy. Takes about three minutes.

Is there anychance you could put a copy up somewhere temporarily?

No, sorry. The download is 57.5MB and took me four hours on dial-up. :-)
