Hello, I'd like to add a 0.46 OS X 10.3 download link to the website. I've checked out inkscape_web and know which files to edit, but after reading http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/WebsiteEditing I wanted to make sure I edit inkscape_web/download/ files. properly to keep the encoding correct. If I simply use 'vi' which is configured to support multi-byte characters, is that sufficient to keep these files happy?

Also, It looks like I can simply add links to the non-English files inkscape_web/download/download-*.inc, but if I should avoid those, what is the usual procedure for requesting web page translations?
