who is involved in Inkscape.org site maintenance?
Hello, Inkscapers!
I wanted to ask you, who except Bryce is involved in changing things on the Inkscape.org site?
It's that I plan uploading some new pages that I'm about to complete, and wanted to be sure I won't intereset with other's changes. I always update the page to the most recent one from CVS, then modify and commit, but during the modification time someone can change it too ;-)
I hope you know what I mean.
Artemio.
A lot of people have contributed to the website since we started, but presently afaik me and Rejon are the main people changing things. Rejon's on travel right now so isn't working on anything for the site, and I don't have any major work planned, so you're free to go.
Also, note that if by chance someone does modify a file while you're working on it, cvs will notify you when you try to commit, and when you do another cvs update it will merge in the changes to your file, so you can go through it and fix it up.

Thanks a lot!
I hope to complete and upload the new pages tomorrow.

Yeah, go for the changes man! It is great to have another set of hands to plow on the site. There are many things that need to be updated. I need to retire several screenshots...etc. And, we need to put some really flashy new ones on the site. If you are interested in beating me to this, then here is how to add screenshots:
