Is there something against using ${env.DEVLIBS_PATH} as the path to devlibs in build.xml? This way the path only needs to be set in mingwenv.bat (which is already done anyway) and it wouldn't have to be changed back each time I (or anyone else who has devlibs elsewhere) modifies build.xml.
