Along with doc2html.xsl, it is there to test xslt streams, zip streams, etc. We just needed some known xml stream large enough to need more than one call to the stream code to be processed. So we took a nice PD text and marked it up Docbook-style.

Ahh, okay. Could you add a comment to that effect, and maybe shuffle it off to a test/ directory somewhere?
