Hello list, I was going to fix the fact that I did not commit anything to inkscape since several years (implemented solution to bug 171255), but I can't get the damn thing to identify me to commit my code. Do I still have a svn account ? Or should I send a patch ? Regards,
Aubanel.

Sourceforge reset all paswords some days ago. So pls go to sourceforge and try to log in. It will ask you to reenter your password. HTH, Adib.

No luck, I can log in sourceforge with this password and still have this result:
monnier@...1898... /cygdrive/d/src/inkscape/inkscape $ svn ci src/widgets/toolbox.cpp share/icons/icons.svg Authentication realm: https://inkscape.svn.sourceforge.net:443 SourceForge Subversion area Password for 'monnier': Authentication realm: https://inkscape.svn.sourceforge.net:443 SourceForge Subversion area Username: o__b Password for 'o__b': svn: Commit failed (details follow): svn: MKACTIVITY of '/svnroot/inkscape/!svn/act/96057da8-f114-11dc-a774-f13b993f4ba9': 403 Forbidden (https://inkscape.svn.sourceforge.net) svn: Your commit message was left in a temporary file: svn: '/cygdrive/d/src/inkscape/inkscape/svn-commit.5.tmp'
I guess this has some relation with being behind a proxy. I'll try from home to see if it's better.

I had the same experience this last week until after I had gone into sf.net and changed my password, and logged in once again with the new password.

They also reset a bunch of the accounts a while back so that the actual accounts didnt have access. I had to get Bryce to reset my rights. If hes not used it in a very long time that could well be the issue.

Yes, this an old old account with long time no use. Bryce, when you have the time, could you try to reset my rights please ? Thank you !

I just did it - you had CVS access but not SVN. Look forward to your patch :)
