The google calendar you shared shows 5pm Europe. https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?src=5mk0hbh7suu17h2ok4vuj67oas%40...
Would be good to get this all in sync, thanks :-)

That sounds very much like I corrected the 3PM UTC time with the assumption it was in CET originally.
Not a software issue, just a data issue. Board members should be able to edit it now.
