Fill and stroke properties incompatibility between devel and release versions

Hello everyone,
Certain drawings I produce with a recent development version of Inkscape display with stroke and fill attributes as unset in the release version (0.45.1). It is not really a show stopper because it is quite easy to make people install a devel version of Inkscape but it does not help collaboration ("Hey, the image you just sent me is all black!"). I cannot reproduce this on new drawings currently (with devel version 070603200 vs. 0.45.1 on windows) but this file: http://cbetm.univ-perp.fr/repos/distribution_data/tetiaroa/trunk/sampling/st... shows the behavior (NB: you probably have to "save as" and add the svg extension manually on this link. I don't know why but the apache subversion interface insists on treating the file as text).
I am the only one seeing this? I won't be able to do some more tests before a while (the logic board of my laptop fried....grrrr) but I thought I would report this before I forget about it. Cheers,
JiHO

It is certainly worth a bug report but only if you can reproduce this. Can you write down steps that reliably create such a file?

I don't have 0.45 to test it at the moment, but at least Batik shows it exactly the same as Inkscape SVN.
