I just created a testcase program. It looks like it is a cairo bug (or we are using cairo wrong).

For those of you that know a little about cairo, please have a look here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/665628

It is a somewhat strange bug, as it only happens for completely black paths, not for other colors, while Inkscape does the same for paths with any color. So I think it is a cairo bug.
