Completed proposals are then moved to the resolutions directory in the board-docs repository.

Our new Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement specifies that board members must participate in the voting as a requirement of membership; see the FSA for details on this requirement. If you're going to be unable to vote for an extended period, there's provision given for grace periods - just let us know your timeframe and we'll sort out details.

This mail comes a little late, but I only managed to get my thesis submitted yesterday. I would like to thank the entire community for this gesture of trust - I will do my best not to break it!
PS - I guess it means I finally have to change my photo on the website... I learned some time ago that hats of this type in the U.S. carry some associations that I'd like to avoid :)
