Please test the text tool thoroughly!

What I did NOT copy from sodipodi is the new code within #ifdef SP_TEXT_NEW_CONTENT (no idea what it is, it's off by default) and the pervasive change by which SPObject now has "children" but SPText has not, so all text->children were replaced by much uglier ((SPObject *) text)->children.
