Although I know this is the wrong place to mention a bug, I think that some people were talking about this already on the list or the jabber group, so it probably does not deserve a new bug.
On win32/svn, when you start a new document, place a <rect> on it, and attempt to rotate it, you get the following. Both the mention of "allocation" in the source, and "boolean" make me think of things that people have been doing recently, so likely this will be familiar to them.
