I agree, since it isn't useful yet it would be prudent to disable it for this release. It will be a couple releases before we can start filling it in with tools.

Agree on the removal of filters. We are going to have to rework that menu anyway after we redo the internals for extensions (or whatever we are calling it right now), right?
