Yeah that is expected. Native dialogs were merged after the release branch - it's a v0.47 feature!

This may even make it into 0.46.1, but we're trying to get the showstopper bugs out of the way for the 0.46 release.
To be honest, I don't think it makes that much difference. If you want the folders mentioned in the native dialogue window to appear on 0.46, just drag them across to the left side, and the GTK dialogue will make a link there for next time. You can rename, move up and down. More flexible in fact than windows dialogues.
