Hi everyone,

I find myself recompiling a lot recently. ;) Maybe this is a stupid question, but are there any secret make targets or switches to the configure script that can be used to only compile a 'minimal working part' of Inkscape that still allows me to test my new code? It would be awesome if I could save at least some of the time I currently spend waiting for the compilations to finish. Or are there other ways to speed the whole process up (other than bying a faster computer :))?

P.S.: I read about someone using distcc but at home I don't have another machine around and I haven't yet tried to get it working with one of the computers at university (I'm not sure how to do that anyway).
