I used this tutorial for creating hair in a recent image, http://www.grafikdesign-chris.de/Tutorials/Hairs.html, and found when I exported the image using 0.46 some of the streaks of hair were not drawn.

The left image is 0.45 and the right is 0.46.
It was a bit of a bother because 0.46 had trouble rendering the hair whilst 0.45 failed to draw other objects and I had to merge the differences in Photoshop :)
If it would help to identify the issue I can provide the SVG.

I filed a bug report on Sourceforge the other day but I have some new information. I can't edit the report because I wasn't logged in and I made it private so the public wouldn't have access to my files.
Anyway, I found that this problem is not related to the fine lines. My newest drawing suffers the same issue and it doesn't use that effect - it seems to be related to the use of Clips. And the problem only occurs when you export to a resulution other than 90 dpi.
