The file Inkscape-0.91-1.exe has been reported by Andrey Krylov to contain Win.Trojan.Ramnit-8177
This concerns this resource file:
https://inkscape.org/en/gallery/item/3944/
If someone using windows (and theadib) can check the file using anti-malware scanner so we can make sure it's clean.

Symantec Endpoint Protection with definitions from 2 days ago shows it as clean. Symantec does not list that specific name on their site, but they do list numerous other variations of Ramnit. The name shown appears to be from ClamAV.
No scanner catches everything, so somebody else please check it with another program.
