Our BOF is on. I figure we can give 3-4 short demos (like 5 slides or so) of different aspects. I have offered to do one on layers / GIS usage. Here are some other suggestions for others: * Release .45 features * Showing gradient/blur features - the new about dialog is awesome - we need someone artistic that can show how this is done (Josh ?). Maybe this can show the use of a tablet as well. * any other favorite features
I think it's important to keep the demos short so there is lots of time for questions

I don't know of anything that I could demo, but I'll be there to answer questions.
Other SCALE stuff...
- I talked Gareth about the possibility of they providing a couple of demo computers for the booth. He thinks they may be able to do that.
- I've been trying to get a hold of Wacom again for tablets. But, I've been unsuccessful. CES and the holidays are some of the reasons, but I'm not optimistic right now. I'll continue the harassment for a little while longer though :)
What else is up? I'm excited about SCALE!

We got our booth assignment and complimentary passes. Ted, do you need one of the passes or do you get one as a featured speaker ? Also can we count on you to be in charge of booth babes again this year? :) Who else is thinking of coming ? john
