If you procrastinate for too long, you may forget some important details, or even the very essense of your changes. As a result these changes will be underdescribed or completely omitted from this document, and as a result users will remain unaware of them. And _that_ means your changes will remain largely unnoticed, unused and UNTESTED. In extreme cases they will just bitrot and poison our codebase.

Please don't let that happen. PLEASE review and update the document NOW.
