Hello I wanted to know if the present codes source to the address http://inkscape.modevia.com/svn-snap/?M=D is the source code of the inkscape 0.45 published in these days at sourceforge. Becouse I succeed to compile this packages under windows correctly while the packakes at the address http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php? group_id=93438&package_id=99112 not compiling under windows.

It's close to the same, but not exactly the same. The code at modevia is development snapshots that may not be as stable.

Sorry I'm new and have to ask this: Did Inkscape has an UML class diagram for someone that wants to read all the cross-platform code?! (I'm downloading the source, Inkscape uses only C++ or another language?).

There is some here and there (look in the doc subdirectory), but many UML experts consider its use best for sketch, etc.
Try using Doxygen generated documentation.
