It just needed a restart of uwsgi, but it was down for 6 hours because I was asleep when it happened.
I wish we had some redundancy (and maybe some automatic alerts when it happens) does anyone have any ideas?

I know very little about websites, but a friend just put his on CloudFlare, partially because they'll serve up static copies in cases like this so it appears like your website is up. Could the CDN we're using for downloads do something like that? Ted
