I don't know why a duplicate /js directory appeared after the migration, but of course it is unnecessary. I am removing the one in /extension/internal/scripts.

This is because Perl and Python in that directory are embedded via SWIG, which doesn't seem to support Javascript anymore. JS more properly belongs with /dom anyway, where is is being embedded directly.

I did a make after this delete with no problems. If anyone has a problem, let me know, or feel free to hack the Makefile_insert thingy for it.
