As someone only recently included in the AUTHORS file I would hope

will be some room for other stakeholders to petition to be included in

electorate (or added to the AUTHORS file as needed). I understand you have to draw a line somewhere and the AUTHORS file is

good basis but I think there are contributions which you may also want to acknowledge so I'm just saying this now to make sure you dont rule out appeals.
To avoid confusion, and to make sure the line is drawn very clear, I suggest that we use the AUTHORS file from the most recent release (0.44.1).
People who are not in that AUTHORS file, but that can prove that they deserve to be included in it can email me prior to the actual start of voting.
