Collaborative platform for translation "Transifex.net"
Anyone know of an official platform for Inkscape?
The Brazilian community was using Pootle, but now we need another platform and service in the cloud;
Someone knows something?
There is a proposal to use http://www.transifex.net
Has anyone used this?

It's for translation.
Perhaps you could be a wee bit more specific? :)

Is there a problem with launchpad translations? They've always worked very well for my smaller projects.

For Inkscape there are. I know that the translators team has brought things up a few times. Some of it was that it is incompatible with the normal workflow of translators.

Yes. It's been discussed here and in inkscape-translator@ a couple of times.

Xfce uses transifex to manage its translations, and as a translator I can wholeheartedly recommend it. I'd be willing to bet the Xfce devs aren't any less enthusiastic either.
Go ahead and ask them on xfce4-dev@...2635.../xfce-i18n@...2635... or on the IRC channel #xfce on irc.freenode.net if you're interested. Nick Schermer should be the guy to poke for details on the setup and implementation side if I recall correctly.

Thank you all.
Unfortunately we lost our Pootle installation and was difficult to manage.
We are now using this new environment "Transifex"
