Inkscape 0.46 in Ubuntu Hardy
Inkscape 0.46 was accepted into Ubuntu Hardy today, just meeting the Beta Freeze deadline.
(Anyone know if we made it in Fedora?)

Regardless of the freeze, Inkscape was already on its way for Fedora 9 (the freeze for F8 Beta has pre3) and is also built for the *current* version (will be pushed as an update for F8):

Well, if there gets to be a patch for it, please nominate for 0.46.x. This is definitely the type of bug we'd want to put on the stable series.

It does not crash for me. I suggested a fix to you in the bugreport - did you try it?
