Grid toggle / snapping keyboard shortcut

Bulia,
I've been making good use of the # shortcut for turning the grid on and off. Quite handy.
However, every time I put the grid on, I also want to snap to the grid, yet afaik there's no shortcut key for it, so I have to open the edit window settings anyway, so the value of the # shortcut key is lost.
Would it be feasible to have the # key toggle both the grid visibility and grid snapping at the same time? If it is feasible, what do you think about setting it to work that way? I think it'd be a big time saver for those of us interested in using inkscape for technical drawing.

Makes me wonder if anyone actually uses the Grid without also turning on Snap to Grid and if one could reasonably tie the two together?

I think they should be separate, but maybe there could be a toggle to link the two together (not by default).

That's a good question. Certainly having the grid on without snapping seems a bit odd, but I could see a point to having snap on but the grid off, perhaps to reduce clutter.

It seems that most apps have some slight snap to grid turned on on start of the program, yet it is easily turned off. Grids though are turned off by default.
Remember we should keep the rule of orthogonality in terms of our options. One switch changing two things is not necessary the best usability decision (I'm reading art of unix programming right now, p. 89).

Before implementing, we should consider what the key should do if the grid is currently enabled and not snapping, or vice versa.
