Ah, well in this case the answer happens to be the same - upload it somewhere and post a link here.
Before someone suggests setting up a screenshot uploading tool... we experimented with such a thing for openclipart.org, and it got *massively* abused. If you think wiki spam is bad, you should run a screenshot upload tool! ;-)
But in the case of someone without web access wishing to contribute screenshots, I suppose they can email the image directly to someone who has commit rights and have them add it in. :-)

Also, lacking a hosting solution, do not forget about sites like www.flickr.com or www.deviantart.com where anyone can publish images on the web. deviantArt even accepts SVG uploads.
