From our IRC chat, we agreed to have a cvs tree for test cases. Well, I
have the first one to submit, can someone set that up?
This is probably related to ongoing code refactoring, but this svg imports to/from Inkscape 0.37 <> Scribus 1.1.5+ perfectly.
I've renamed the file ugly.svg to give you an idea of what happens. :)

It's set up as module 'svg_testcases'.
cvs -d :ext:bryce@cvs.inkscape.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/inkscape co svg_testcases
Anyone with Inkscape cvs permissions can add to it; if you can send me a list of scribus folks that need access send me their sf usernames and I'll add them.
