Hello. I think I've found another bug in either Inkscape or GTK: I have a Wacom Intuos 5 and whenever I use my pen, I can no longer use the mouse wheel or 2 finger touch to zoom in and out.

It seems the problem is the window loses focus after using the pen.

Has anyone else noticed this problem or can propose where to trace to fix the problem?

I'm using the latest trunk version and Windows 8.1, but this problem also exists in 48.4.
