All we have is the news article for GSoC, I don't think we have a dedicated page (yet?)
Board members have permissions to add new news articles (and edit/translate) I designed the gui for news to be easy to use. Needs more users and feedback :-)
http://inkscape.org/en/news/ <- login and you should see a green 'plus' (+) click on it, fill in the boxes. etc.
