Here are the meeting notes for this week's meeting:

Willy (ltlnx) and Martin discussed some parts of the UX Initiative proposal.

Charlotte: Working on PDF Import, might have introduced a bug way back related to clipping. Only certain set of pages cause issues, the exact reason is not yet known. State tracking might be a possible culprit. Martin suggested a good way to test that hypothesis.

Martin: Working on color stuff. Going to use reuse CSS colors from the CSS spec, some things will be an extension. Martin explained how interpolation would work in Inkscape in the future. Working on the standardization process so that it's not specific to Inkscape. Explained how colors are used in SVG to Willy. Worked on some cleanup MRs.

Ishaan: Got into some refactoring work that branched from the selection work. PBS provided a better way to do that, so we'll use that.

Mike: Working on Object Properties dialog, a lot of effort has been put into it. PBS suggested some changes, will implement those. Martin asked if spin buttons would be fixed by this MR, Mike answered that it is a GDK issue. Martin suggested allowing top-down as well with left-right, but that still has issues with popovers. Martin suggested to add more factors in deciding by how much numbers change, something like a curve. Mike would be very welcome if anyone wants to give that a "spin".

Mike and Martin discussed how we should propose and implement UX improvements/new features. Willy explained some motivations behind Henrique's original UX video.

People had some really nice things to say about PBS, everyone is glad to have him in the project.
