I've honestly never checked the Icon Preview out before and decided to this morning. It appears to me that the dialog may be broken (or it may just be my not understanding it). Is it supposed to have the extra widgets that the swatches dialog has? I'm talking about the swatches selection list and that X button widgets. Also, it appears to be a blank dialog otherwise, but when you hover around it does button highlighting (and it looks like you click those buttons to get the preview). Am I missing something here?

It previews the selection, right?

It previews the selection, right?
It previews it on the respective button when you press one, so I suppose this is correct. But it's the other (swatch dialog) widgets that seem more bizarre to me.

Work in progress.
There are actually a few things going on there. One is that it and the swatches panel were done to start work on a generic dockable panel UI API and feature set. Now that the swatches are optionally in the main UI or out in their own dialog, it will be easier to refine things.
The end goal is that things will be able to be moved anywhere in the UI, floating or docked, and will adjust to be 'nice' automatically.
