Hi to all.

Today I want to remove document units from effect.cpp/h to aboid crash noticed by Tav. Also remove units handle from fillet-chamfer and roughen LPE. Finaly there is two LPE harcoded to use "PX" as document units and we need to fix it: path_length and ruler
