Little enhancement for font toolbox dropdown

some guys on irc forced me to write this on the mailinglist :)
I had to test 200 fonts if they fit for my text. Everytime I selected some font from the list, the dropdown menu closed. Quite annoying for me.
This little patch prevents automatic closing, enables browsing via arrow-up and arrow-down, and closing of the dropdown menu via return/enter.
Already tested by some irc guys :)

I'm the guy in the jabber room who told him to bring this here, I cant commit at the minute anyways as my svn seems to be broken, and I thought it wise to run it by the bigger crowd to check there wasnt a reason we didnt have this already. Seems to work fine here, and is a big usability gain imo.

It looks reasonable to me. But don't commit the two lines commented out -- just delete them.

Thanks a lot for the improvement! Two suggestions:
- please add a note about that to http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/ReleaseNotes046
- while you're at it, can you do something about the font size selector on the same toolbar? It changes the text as soon as I type any digit, which is very annoying. Should only work upon Enter or focus-out event.
