I did a test build with the new libs, inkscape.dll, and inkview. However, I still do not have a Win32 box on which to test it.

It needs to be tested mostly because we need to make sure that the .zip has all of the necessary files in it.
The new DLL package is gtk24.zip on the http://troi.titan-aeu.com/~rjamison/inkscape page. If any files are missing, that is where\ they would be.
so.. someone might give it a try, and see if this thing is working! Hopefully we are making some progress. :)

Inkscape24Test is working as far as I can tell on a quick browse. Downloaded and installed OK. Basic functions appear to work . Drawing, gradients, patterns, preferences, text etc.
Save as is a problem.
Trying to save as Inkscape SVG starts off OK but then brings up an EPS box and saves as an EPS. In fact I cannot get it to save as an SVG at all. There appear to be save problems through all the win32 versions at present.
Opening works OK and importing.

This bug is confirmed here in the Inkscape24Test build.
