I've committed some code that increases the abilities of the checking involving scripts - and I left in some debugging output. The reason for this is so people will complain ;) You might get something like:

Deleting Extension: Dia Input

Typically this is caused by not being able to find the program in the path. If, you think that something shouldn't be deleted, and it is getting deleted, please tell me. I think that the path detection code should work on win32 also, but I don't have it to verify. If someone could verify that it would be cool too.
