This got sent to the Inkscape announce list, but I think it's probably better suited for -devel. Does anyone know about these internationalization bugs for Khmer?

When will Inkscape 0.46 will be release? Now I am working on updating the translations for Khmer and I hope that the bug: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1820369&gro... and http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1806075&gro... will be fixed for Khmer.

I hope the next release of Inkscape will be nice for Khmer. if the it works well both on Linux and Windows system, I will make a manual on how to use and teach to high school's students.
