Hello guys... I'm new in the subject so please forgive any stupid thing I might say and, if possible, intruct me towards the path of glory !!! heheh =)
I was thinking about the path stroke. Like when you draw an arc or sth... It would be nice if the stroke could be localized inside, centralized or outside the fill, like for applying alpha gradients on the stroke to get a (inner or outter) shadow effect... Of course it can be done describing 2 paths in the SVG file (I don't know if it is more like a technique or a feat we could implement), but isn't there a simpler way to do that under SVG specs ??? like a stroke parameter to set (it'd mean almost no overhead for who processes it) ??? Is it possible to suggest it for the 1.2 (or greater) comming W3C's specifications ???
Thats it... Thank you,
Iuri

No. The only way is by using linked offset in Inkscape.
