I wanted to dust off the Clip Art Browser code and get some thoughts flowing on this: http://openclipart.org/wiki/Clip_Art_Browser

Please put any ideas for this on the above wiki page which will help out much in planning development for this...worldlabel.com is interested in investing resouces (monthly $$$) towards this project, so I want to clearly set out our goals and move towards a good goal with this codebase.
